At Home Spa Treatment

If you are anything at all like me going the spa is just a daydream. It’s not money, time, and obligations or any other factors holding you back – it’s all of them thrown together in what we like to call life. Right when you think you have a free moment and get on the phone to schedule your appointment the other line clicks in your ear letting you know that it just isn’t going to happen.

But there is an alternative. Give yourself the spa treatment at home. I realize that it is just not the same and the only time you are going to have is at night when you would much rather be sleeping. Let’s face it though, we need to pamper ourselves and make sure we make time for ME. Here are some products and ideas to help you get started on loving yourself and getting that spa type treatment right at home. And a little note, don’t do it all in one night. Ingredients:

A tablespoon each of Epsom salt, honey and olive oil (for oily skin add a few drops of lemon juice). Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse in a warm shower to wash away any impurities that have been drawn out from the Epsom salt.
